He brings up some interesting points on the lab that did the testing and suggests that the samples should be re-tested not only in another lab, but in a completely different country.

And now, it looks like Floyd's team is to be disbanded. Apparently Phonak was not going to be the primary sponsor next season (citing previous doping scandals) which was decided long before TDF. The new sponsor, though, has decided to back out in reponse to the doping allegations against Landis.
